Over the years, I’ve worked across brand marketing, content marketing, PR, social media, event marketing, market and competitor analysis, and turning strategy into practical action. During my years at Wise, I built a marketing function from scratch and helped create a fanbase that drives revenue. At Cactos, I’ve continued working where brand and business come together, shaping marketing direction, defining ideal customer profiles, supporting go-to-market efforts, and turning ideas and insights into action.

I love the bigger picture and get excited about ideas, growth, and what’s next. At the same time, I’m very hands-on and enjoy making things happen in practice. I love leading creative projects, making complex topics easier to understand, and creating marketing that feels both meaningful and commercially smart. Most of all, I enjoy working with people, building momentum together, inspiring others, and moving things forward as a team.

Marketing Manager 05/2025-

I’m leading Cactos’ marketing activities from strategy to hands-on execution. I’m shaping our marketing direction so it supports our business goals, defining our ideal audience, and turning the bigger picture into practical actions across channels and markets. My work includes everything from ICP definition and competitor analysis in Finland and Sweden to content, PR, social media, events, and go-to-market actions for Sweden.

I don’t just sit back and watch — I also dive right in, creating content and concepts that support both our brand and business. That means everything from customer stories and video ideas to PR and campaign-related activities. I also work closely with sales and other teams to make sure our messaging, marketing efforts, and commercial goals all pull in the same direction.

What have I accomplished? In 2025, our marketing efforts generated about 400 inbound leads, 216 opportunities, resulting in 6,0M€ in marketing revenue. We also strengthened Cactos’ visibility through PR, earning 72 media mentions with a potential reach of 7.5 million, including coverage in some of Finland’s largest media outlets (HS, Talouselämä, Maaseudun tulevaisuus).

I’m leading all Wise marketing activities for our four specialist brands and our small but feisty marketing team.I’m crafting brand and marketing strategies that perfectly sync with our business goals, define our ideal audience, and map out our yearly marketing and content game plans. I don't just sit back and watch – I also dive right in, creating some killer content for social media, newsletters, and our websites. I’m also managing our marketing budget and ensuring every penny is well spent.

In addition, I'm also part of our leadership forum, where we dive into the future of our business and where the company is heading, delve into leadership topics, and cook up exciting projects to keep us moving forward.

What have I accomplished? I've built a marketing function from the ground up. We have met our goals for marketing driven revenue. Plus, each of our brands is inching closer to that desired brand awareness state we've been dreaming of within their specific audiences.

Crafting a yearly content marketing plan to back up Wise Consulting’s business game plan, and creating content for our website, socials, newsletters, and online ads. And of course, tracking those marketing moves. Plus, I’ve been busy setting up workflows with our sidekick, Hubspot.

As a trainee, I got to be the creative force behind our website content, crafting engaging blog posts, keeping our social media buzzing, and making sure our Wake Up with Wise events were a hit.

One of the coolest projects I worked on was a deep dive into how young people in Finland interact with media for one of the largest Finnish media companies. We used a mix of methods from service design to get a comprehensive understanding.

My gig? Well, I was all over the place – from conducting interviews to crunching data to editing video content. And yes, I was the one bringing it all together, presenting our findings with flair using PowerPoint and Keynote.

What languages do I work in?

Swedish is my mother tongue, but my Finnish is just as strong. I went to a Finnish-speaking kindergarten, so both languages have always been a natural part of my everyday life. I also work fluently in English and speak French at an adequate level.
